Customers wishing to order from Nappies.net can do so via our sister website www.sam-I-am.co.uk we accept debit and credit cards, paypal, cheques or postal orders.

Ordering your cloth nappies is easy and safe, Sam-I-Am has been serving parents for over 12 years.

As we are a family business everyone gets involved with processing the orders!

If we receive your order and payment before 1.30pm we will generally get it in that days post. We know that you want your order immediately.

We post out all orders second class post, if you wish to pay for a quicker delivery or signed for please contact us direct to arrange this. We are based in the UK and all goods are sent via Royal Mail unless you have requested and paid for courier service.. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post after it has left us. We do not refund any returns or exchanges postage at all. You should obtain proof of posting when returning items to us, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

All orders are sent out in strong plastic envelopes, these can be re-used. All our paper is re-cycled. We are investigating the possibility of re-cycled plastic envelopes.
